Generated prose can hide uncertainty behind fluency. JUDGE is built around bounded questions, typed answers, probabilities, and decisions that software can inspect.

Every decision starts with a state.

Facts, context, constraints, and unknowns belong in the open. A useful system should reveal the state it judged—not pretend it saw the whole world.

Confidence is not certainty.

A calibrated probability helps decide whether to proceed, review, or escalate. It does not turn prediction into fact and it never removes accountability.

Utility before theater.

JUDGE is not another personality wrapped around a chat box. It is a decision surface for builders who need structured calls inside real workflows.

Humans keep the final authority.

Consequential decisions require deterministic controls, outcome tracking, and human review. The machine contributes a judgment. It does not own the consequence.
